Shrī Rāmcharitmānas

Shrī Rāmcharitmānas, श्रीरामचरितमानस

One of the greatest epics in Hindu Dharma, the Rāmcharitmānas is a divine portrayal of the life of Shree Raam, whom of which is God incarnate to walk as man on earth. The leela, or story of Shree Raam, is a depiction of the teachings within Sanatan Dharma, as every encounter and journey that Shree Raam went through brought out and reinforced the principles of Hindu Dharma. This text is a Hindus’ passport to success, as it shows the keys to success, and formulas that each and everyone can use to overcome all obstacles and flourish in life.

The Rāmcharitmānas consists of seven books, of which the first two, entitled Childhood Episode (Bal Kānd) and Ayodhya Episode (Ayodhya Kānd), make up more than half the work. The later books are the Forest Episode (Aranya Kānd), Kishkindha Episode (Kishkindha Kānd), Beautiful Episode (Sunder Kānd), Lanka Episode (Lanka Kānd), followed by an epilogue entitled Uttar Kānd.
